5. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

5.2. Delivery times may vary due to availability, postal delays, or force majeure.
5.3. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.
5.4. Taxes or fees in the Buyer’s country are the Buyer’s responsibility.

5.6. If a pricing error occurs, the Seller will contact the Buyer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the Order. If contact is not possible, the Order is canceled.
5.7. Goods are delivered according to the price, name, quantity, and assortment indicated in the Order. Packaging and appearance may slightly differ from illustrations.

6. RETURN POLICY

6.1. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the Goods (appearance, packaging, quantity, completeness). Signing the delivery receipt confirms the absence of claims.
